The Cuckoo Lady
I've been storing up posts with the quote tool. Happy belated anniversary!I meant to post this. My husband and I had our 40th anniversary 2 days ago.
You could always move to the Western most part of whichever time zone you prefer.
This is correct. But in California they do not sell gas push mowers. However, after testing my corded mower, it was the extension cord. It wasn't giving enough amps to run the mower. The cable had been mended, DH cut it with the hedge trimmer on accident years ago. Time to take it apart and see which crimp failed. I will replace them with wago lever nut connectors. I really like those. They sell cordless lawn mowers at Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot...........
Well said. We're partners. Communication is critical as well. We just recently forgot our 10th wedding anniversary...Thank you. It seems like the way to a marriage is knowing you have the option of a divorce. I told my husband that I wanted to get chickens and he said well we have the money so go ahead. When I told him I got ducks he said well at least you were the one that was able to save the money. Our kids think I'm crazy but at least they don't see it as I'm insane. My husband wants to go do something and I'm just like go ahead I'm not your mom or your keeper, I'm your wife and I stand by you not behind or under. That's what we do. It doesn't work for everyone but at least it works for us.
We have 20/60V DeWalt tools for the most part. Two 18V Makita tools. Of our cordless tools, the DeWalt framing nailer is my favorite. The Makita impact driver is the king of the tool box. That is the most efficient tool we own. Did a whole 80' dog ear fence on one 4AH battery.Ryobi tends towards homeowner use. I bought a circular saw from them once and after a bit of use the trigger failed, never bought another Ryobi ever. My go to is Dewalt.
The DeWalt reciprocating saw has earned its keep as well. Cut a 7 person hot tub into small pieces with two 6AH batteries.
Anyway, we had the family over for home made pizza night and watched the world series. What a game.
I finished planting the garlic! 440 cloves total. I thought about planting more, but I think this will be enough. A few that I planted last week are sprouting.
I fertilized the strawberries, fertilized the kale, the carrots, and the mint.
Today I don't need to do anything. It's a weird feeling.
Good for you! I planted 102 cloves this year.
