What did you do in the garden today?

I checked on my growing gourds, which are supposed to be picked around this week, although the whole plant shouldnt even be alive in december. I watered my freshly seeded beds of manakamana rayo spinach, beetroot and mustard greens, some part of which my chicken, Dodo, has partly dug up, so i walked her far from the beds, and we had a good time outside her closed run, where she had a dust bath earlier today. I shut her in after a bit and went to check on my knothole monstera cutting, planted using an old pair of underpants with a piece of tile nailed across the hole's mouth, in a gigantic old towering karpur or camphor tree. I watered my seedlings, saplings and houseplants too, and chrcked on the balcony and rooftop gardens. A good day in total!
