One of my roosters is a seed art project. He's mine by virtue of $1 at a yard sale, not through my own imagination. (thought I'd mention that before anyone tells me how nice he isI found a box of old seeds a couple of weeks ago. Our middle school art teacher was THRILLED to have them for the Art Club. I'm anxious to see what the kids come up with, too!
I've had broccoli, cauliflower, and some tomatoes come up. I see a hint of a speck that makes me think the zucchini is about to come up too.All my seeds are up except the peppers and huckleberries, they'll be up soon. Can't plant the onions, beets and carrots til saint pattys day so just a waiting game now. Lots of irises, daylillies, daffodils and hyacinth have broken ground, and the true mark of spring to me....the forsythia is budded out! C'mon growing season!
All this high tech and it takes forever to get results.I had an urology appointment today. They looked at the mass with a scope. Biopsy on the 23 and a 2 week wait on test results. Long process.
That's a long way out, nothing is certain, especially with snow forecasting past day 3.I just saw that they are predicting a big snow March 17. 8 inches in my area. WTH!
Too much drama in weather forecasts. That's a long way out, nothing is certain, especially with snow forecasting past day 3.
