Hard to tell from the photos PJ. Kinda dark, I'm on my phone and don't see so great w/o glasses lol but from 1st photo.... it is kinda looking pretty good. Try take some more photos with better light.
Oh my goodness the kitties... ♡ or zombies or the poltergeist... as every morning I wake up and the house is rearranged. I'm glad they are not going very far and I get to be chief babysitter. I am also looking forward to cleaning my home and bringing my kitties back in. I really miss my babies a lot!

A few photos I took wasting time

I see only one cockerell (the red), but I'm still so new to chickens... I'm very curious to find out what they all end up being. Please post progress updates as you figure each one out.

Processed some roosters and chased a hen around a pole barn for 30 min with my daughter so we could put her in the coop, it was after dark. Darn thing is quick and sly but i guess you have to be after surviving a hawk attack the way she did.
I have one hen who goes far too far afield every single day. I swear she is determined to become coyote supper. 🤦‍♀️

How do you catch your roosters for processing? We plan to start culling some of ours for meat this summer and my EEs and Brown Leghorns are impossible to catch. I "might" be able to sneak into the coop after dark, but during the day...no way I'm catching any of them. They all scoot into their coop without much fuss each evening though. My production reds on the other hand are fairly easy to catch.

Use to haul them all to a wood box at night them take them out one by one.
