I just wanted to let you all know how much I enjoy your posts and responses to everyone. I am learning so much. I don't respond a lot because I don't know anything really and because sometimes my brain won't let me, but I am learning all about feather babies from you all.

K. Gotta share. So, I told you guys about my awful mosquito problem right? And b4 that having a fly problem.... well I ordered fly strip for the heck of it (cheap and not plastic) but they did not work as I needed for the flies. How blinking insane is THAT! And they have 2 sides. So, needless to say I just ordered 3 more packs of 10 (hope that is enough) and will put out the last 5 I have on hand today. Poor chickens

@kurby22 do you happen to cool your Call eggs and spray them with warm water after 10 days? I have read that it is supposed to help with hatch rate and it simulate what momma duck would do to eat and drink and would more than likely be in the water so come back with a little wet belly. I am only on day 7 today (at 3:30pm) and I’m still trying to decided if that really helps or not. I have read a few places that people do this but also some that don’t.
