@GG your hens are spoiled for choice and are picture perfect. I am glad you thought of me with your chooks in the carrier and or in the nest box. I totally thought of me too!

@kurby lol. Chickens crack me up. I had the longest hatch ever because I was up Koke'e and left my DH 2 bb hens and a roo and one went broody while the other kept laying on top of her. After day 24 I grabbed the remaining eggs and put in incubator so she did not have to deal with such a long hatch. Poor babies ♡♡♡ such good girls.
Oh! And I had monster broody sisters. They would hide their eggs in the bushes cuz I kept stealing their eggs. My one was so bad she started stealing snail shells. When I found her hiding spot she had about 3-4 snail shells. She was so sad... ☹ broke my heart to break her that time. Chickens are FUNNY!
@PJ your a rock star! ☆☆☆☆☆ I cleaned out AJs storage an she has a bunch of old totes. Now, there is a use b4 I give away!

And yet, you may remember a couple of months ago, I found a nest of half a dozen eggs under a bush out in the front yard. 
It does make you feel so sad when they’re so determined and dedicated, but so funny! Well I feel better about letting her go longer-ish. I have no idea how to introduce day olds to a broody so I’ll have to look into that! Might put some that are developing in the incubator at some point! I don’t want all that hard work to be wasted!
