I have 2 that are not positioned correctly. We shall see :fl

Too funny I am excited and nervous. Don't know why, just am.
I’m feeling that way about my incubating eggs! Both excited and nervous. It’s kind of weird, but I’ve only ever hatched quail so I feel all nervous about chickens! Something about anticipated babies of any kind that makes us nervous and excited I think 😍 I have to wait till 3/1 for lockdown…feels like it’s eons away!

I was nervous my first hatch and maybe my second but not really after that. I think maybe I have too much going on and I am afraid I am gunna forget them lol. I'm a dork.
Remind me about your eggs @kurby. How many and from where? I forget.
@penny how about you? Where are your eggs from?

Well I started off trying to hatch some of my own eggs but none of them are fertile 😩 so since the broody ladies have been working so hard, I got some eggs from some locals and am incubating them and hoping I can slip a couple under them at night when they first hatch. I’ve never done this before so I’m a bit nervous. Ever done this? They are Tolbunt and Candy Corn Polish eggs and a few porcelain d’Uccles. I couldn’t pass them up! I’ve always coveted both and with that new coop I found…😆 I currently have 22 sq ft of available coop space and that new coop can hold 10 bantams as well. Sooo chicken math. Haha.

Yes, I have done that a few times. Are your girls still sitting on eggs?
