@FBMcrazy8 even better. If she does not really care then your true confessions will blow through her head and she probably won't think a thing other than you are weird or have too much time. Then just tell her about @Gammas chicken cam and you will be off the weird hook.

Thanks! They really are so pretty! Today I brought the inside so I could band the boys and ID them easier. I’ve been worried that these little ones wouldn’t be as gentle as I’d hoped for 4-H purposes…as many have described them as somewhat sassy and sort of aggressive to each other. But I just love them, they’re super sweet and have gotten along really well with each other and others so far. We hung out and watched old Datelines together

So dh sent me this last eve and I promptly told him he should not move her off her nest. He is learning ♡♡♡

Good thing it is 88° out but don't want her squishing chicks or humidity Flux.

I will scoot down today to do a check and change bedding if I can.

Hehe, she is a good girl! Our first "kid" as a couple back in 2009!

Yes, I just love my chickens! They are all just the best birdies I just wish they would all be bulletproof from illness and issues

Also…I am starting to think my frizzled Polish girl is a boy after all. It’s SO hard to tell with the feathers! They are almost 6.5 months old so I’d expect more sickle and saddle looking feathers….but she’s also sort of smallish and may just be a bit behind…thoughts?? No red on the face really…no real comb but sort of a small one that is still pale. No crowing…but Spider doesn’t crow much either!

I hate the not knowing cuz the longer ya keep em and work with em the more ya fall in luv with em! Then ya can't part with em!
So I'm putting the brakes on my 3 questionable ones now until I see more telltale signs either way!
