Good morning gang! Did the kids go to sleep yet? How was the candy take and intake?

Well my kiddos went to sleep rather well, except my 10yr old. She did something to her ankle and she can’t walk on it. The doctor took X-rays today and is going to call me when she knows what happened. It didn’t really swell until about midnight or so. She came in crying and I looked. When I sent her to bed about 8 it was barely swollen and she was kind of walking on it.

Candy intake is pretty good with 6 kids. I took some as my payment today and I had it setting next to me. My 2 yr old come up on my lap and tells me to go away with a mischievous grin. I told him I wasn’t going anywhere. But he said it again and I looked away for a min to talk to my 10 yr old and he reaches for my candy. little butt. I love him!

I agree, that clown is terribly creepy and I am also not a fan of them!! Not my kid haha! I'm not sure it would have been allowed in my house!

I don’t allow it either. My kids have tried and I tell them absolutely not. My husbands thing is Chucky. I like Chucky and he likes clowns. He has scary clowns all over his legs… I told him he is lucky I love his personality and who he is and not based marrying him off his tattoos . I just don’t look at them… I told him I wanted a Chucky costume for my dog to run around in. He isn’t going for it.

I’m so nervous about them making it to hatch!! Think good thoughts!! All three were moving pretty good last night!

Gave all the chickens treats early this morning so they have plenty of time to eat it and entertain themselves before the rains come. We are supposed to get some rain around noon and it’s cold today

When I wanted a truck, he got me one for Xmas....but it was maybe 2 feet tall and 2 feet long. Makes a great planter is about all

Besides the usual work in the chicken coop, today I sprayed everything with diluted lavender oil, the nests, the sleeping room, and even my chickens! After that, I sat in the chicken coop on a small chair and watched my pets for about an hour.
Today, for the first time, I saw that my young English Araucana rooster went to the nest and laid an egg!

That's actually my usual way with a lot of things...but with vehicles I'm just not as confident he'll smile about it eventually...lol.

@kurby22 I love Halloween too. Think Xmas is my favorite though. Halloween I go nuts decorating outdoors and Xmas I go nuts indoors and leave outside to hubby. Then I get to spend a month surrounded by twinkling lights and choosing gifts for my loved ones. So much fun. I just wish more of my loved ones still liked sending Xmas cards!

So my adventure was a blast. Who would have thought dropping poop off and saving on gas could be so amazing.
I swung by the goat farmer ladies place and she was kind enough to give me a bunch of bags. Always like to see her as she is a fearless woman warrior.

I have sooooo many bags. I really need to start obsessing about sewing again- for at least a month.

I feel like the Fonz tonight (does anyone remember the Fonz from Happy Days?) I opened up my broken incubator, pulled out the humidifier that's labeled "do not touch", stared hard at it.. put it back and reassembled the incubator and.....*drum roll*.....it now works!
