Absolutely in relation to the pysillium husk. That's why I said it was for short term use. It's a regulator rather than a laxative per se.Great information...I had no idea epsom salt or molasses was high in magnesium.
Just wanted to add to be careful with psyllium husk as it can cause constipation if too much is given, especially if there's inadequate water intake.
