What did you do with your flock today?

My heart is still in my chest and my head is still fuzzy. I was able to have a long conversation with my son today. Also, helping him get the right things in place. Thinking I may fly out for the day but always hate adding to the problem.

Yes @LTAY1946 call red cross and get your name on their list. Many people from Lahaina got out with nothing. At 4pm it was a small grass fire on the hill, four hours later the town was gone.

Four hours is so fast! Hope the casualty list doesn't grow. :hugs

Rosie got in trouble tonight. She decided to investigate my little table/desk beside my chair with my important junk on it. She didn't want to get down but rather started pushing things off onto the floor. She's mad with me for putting her into the outside coop where she spent the day. She's going back out tomorrow too. I have a PT appointment and then we are going out of town, well actually out of state, to pick up some roos that need home. One is a Indio Gigante X Aseel that I'm so glad to have. I think that breeding him to a Dark Cornish hen may be a great looking type of bird.

All I know is that her hubby is stationed there as a military specialist and they live on Maui from what I've been told. She is supposed to be here in November.
Maui does not have a military base, could it be Oahu?
Do you have other family that you can contact to clarify?

Is that a joke?

A welsummer is how I got my duck eggs hatched.
... The ducklings were bullies when they joined the flock, but they're calming down.
Their mom was pretty great though. :)

Happy that yours is a good mama. Just breed facts that I'd read somewhere. I haven't let her set any, as our flock is at a max right now.
