Hiya wether you celebrate or don’t…I hope you are all having a lovely day! I’ve been offline for a while because covid has spread right through my family, luckily we have all gotten over it except my son in law, and he’s on the road to recovery so today has been lovely, zoom calls with all the kids/grandkids. For my presents I got a locket, a bracelet and Pandora charms with nanny and mum on, but my best present was a video of my daughter telling me I’m going to be a nanny again It made my day! Nothing. I never get anything for Christmas. I'm the only person who gives Chriatmas gifts in my family, and I'm not even Christian!

My other half took me out last week to go house plant shopping. My mother in-law got me a machine that melts chocolate and has molds so I can make endless chocolate , sister in-law got me preserving jars and my mother and sister pitched together to get me a gift card to my favourite place, it has building supplies and tools to garden supplies and plants (ohh the endless choices)

Wow. Well, I got a board game from one of my friends. My mom was too busy to buy presents this year, but we moved to a new place, so what more can I ask...

We also got our first real Christmas tree and I got a few new room decorations as well. Honestly though, I don't really mind not having presents. To me (not forcing it on anyone), it is Jesus's birthday. I love meeting my church family and celebrating His birthday together. All in all, the best gift has already been given. This is my belief and lifestyle, of course, not everyone has to believe that.

Right when I said! My mom ended up surprising us with presents. She woke up in the middle of the night just to wrap them. I loved it. I got some sketchbooks and watercolor color pencils.

A camera for my coop, a kitten, a 3 ft tall metal rooster for my yard, chicken earrings from my kids, a screaming goat toy from my husband, slippers, and sadly…my favorite rooster boy passing in my arms from a . Was a rollercoaster of emotions today.
