Are you asking about the scabs on the comb?

Looks like pecking wounds to me. The scabs should heal up fine without any intervention.

Some birds are more prone to being picked on, sometimes there could be a space problem that can be fixed with adding roosts or fencing in another area. Bored birds can also pick at one another (some birds just like to pick too).

Watch behavior during roosting time, you may find the offender(s). My Leghorn has a big floppy comb and sometimes she even gets a scab or 2 from sticking her head in places it shouldn't be.
