Here is a recipe for chick electrolytes:

It is late I assume you can't run to the store at the moment, enjoy your coffee!
My kitchen is my laboratory so I save time in an emergency by making stuff myself...and I stocked up a homemade first aid kit for my dogs and chickens recently, including these types of items and more...
Use the electrolytes if it seems to be getting weaker....as wyorp Rock said, peroxide was fine for the beginning...chick needs to be warm and electrolytes help with the stress.
I was thinking put her momma in with her to keep her warm but don't know if momma would turn on her...any other way to provide her with more warmth? Light bulb over the container?
Feed electrolytes a few drops with an eye dropper I think.

What do you think changed?
We do the BEST we can at the time....their chicken nature takes over sometimes!
...I would find a lamp if you can or even a naked bulb (no lamp shade that you could put near the opening of the cat carrier. At this point ...even an open box would be fine...the little chick isn't going to hop out too soon. SOoo glad its hanging on!
