I'm pretty sure that's a very young stag (male). When he get's older he may become aggressive towards any other cocks you have, so just keep an eye on him.

Like everyone said I would build a makeshift pen and after observing her in your yard give her some food water and make sure she has a big enough space and some place to be warm . . . them i would take a picture and make some flyers then if she doesnt get claimed and after about a week or more of not showing signs of illness I would slowly move the pen closer and closer and SLOWLY and very SLOWLY I would intregrate her
