I think that's what happened with this clutch - I have two chicks that hatched yesterday (Day 19) and one that hatched today (Day 20) and several that haven't done anything yet - and hatch day is tomorrow. So, I'd put them all in lockdown together and just plan on taking out the early hatchers if you need to. Keep the humidity up and try not to remove them early unless there is a problem. I had to pull my two early guys b/c they were picking on the newly hatched chick. So now I have one drying in the incubator and those two are in the brooder.
