What do I do? (Somewhat graphic)

My seven week old chick got a nasty injury after quite the major (and accidental) meetup with her seniors. What do I do? Leave it? Clean it? Let me know please.

Vetericyn wound spray or similar, or chlorhexidene and water are good to use to clean the wound twice a day. Then apply plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment to keep it from drying out. I would keep her separated inside a wire dog crate with food and water, but in site of her flock, to keep them from pecking the red until it heals somewhat. This is a common place for injury, and they usually heal eventually, unless there is internal injury. Flies can be harmful to the wound.
