Hi so the pigeon next to my room laid eggs and shes been here for two years next door... last night i heard a cat meowing and a sound of wings being flapped... then something fell... i rushed to see what was happening and thank god it wasn't the eggs... the pigeon was no where in sight neither the cat but the nest was looking destroyed... its been 3 days since she laid the eggs and im kinda getting worried... because everytime i go out I don’t see a bird sitting on them... should i take the eggs and keep em warm in my brinsea incubator?

Hmm. A pigeon never lays four eggs by itself. So there is likely two hens nesting together with infertile eggs.
Are you ready to raise pigeons? If so, then I wouldn't see a reason not to incubate them.
umm, incubating is easy but hand raising is not! They are blind and helpless when they hatch. They are not like chicken chicks. They are more like a parrot needing three to four hand feedings a day. Its not impossible, but not something i would suggest the OP to do.
