What do I do with a poor tiny one winged rooster?

I got this little seabright mix when I got all of my chicks a few months ago. He is so so tiny, I think the mix was with quail. One of his wings never feathered out. He's pretty sad when he tries to fly. And lately I've noticed all the other chickens chasing him and picking on him.

He isn't crowing yet.. just makes a very loud bak bak bakauk in the morning and today I had to bring him inside because I don't want to make the neighbors mad.

I don't know what to do with him. He is obviously a poor quality chicken and who the heck would want a one winged rooster??

So he would get friendlier as a house chicken? He's pretty terrified of my kids and I. More than any of the other birds.
Oh, and I have a cat, who already tried to go for him once because he is so small. Maybe I'll just separate him for now, and then figure out what to do.

I'm a girl don't worry!

I've had a few that didn't want anything to do with me because they were raised by a crazy mom. Once I got them alone and let them hang out with me on the couch they were fine
