Surely you've got some flower beds or beds of shrubs. Pile the bedding/poop in a back corner or behind the garage on a tarp for 3 months. Then spread in on your plantings or lawn. Everything will become healthy and vibrant. You'll be glad you had it.
But I just rake mine from the coop into the run. Then the chickens scratch it in. I do it that way because I already have large compost piles for my plants.
