what do I do with my broody hen?

My year old bantum wont lay and she is sitting on one of my other chickens eggs. I keep taking the egg away and removing her from the nest but she keeps going back. What should I do?

Put some fertile eggs under her. Let her hatch some. But then again that is my answer for everything. Get more chickens.

You can get her some fertile eggs to hatch.

You can give her some fake eggs to sit on for a couple of weeks and then slip some day-old chicks under her at night (my fav. mostly pullets and whatever breed I currently just have to have.)

You can just wait it out. I don't like to do this because they don't take good care of themselves while broody and a really persistent hen can go at it for months which can cause health problems and no eggs for me.
