What do I do with the peachicks?

So my peahen is off in the woods with her nest somewhere. I was wondering, if the eggs are viable and survive the hatch, I am interested in keeping a peacock and raising it. I was wondering if I should keep a peahen for him too (brother/sister hookup, is that viable?) or will he mate with his mom? <shudder, I know I have issues!...>

My current peacock has a broken wing that was untreatable, so I am not expecting him to be around next year since this makes him pretty vulnerable.
