do you mean normal for day 16 ?
I had my humidity up too high, some wonderful people on here told me how to dry incubate this time and its working:celebrate
I just am worried because the chicks couldnt pip
i think the shells and membranes are too tough

Your humidity was to high  during incubation or at lock down and hatch ?What was it then what is it now ?

it was 40 to 50 during incubation then 70 at lockdown,
its is now 25 to 30 on day 16

Forgot to ask is the chick moving so you can see it ? This egg looks good for the days five days till hatch. There could be a little less fluid on top of the chick . Not concerned about that . I would lock down now .But that's just me .But on the other hand last hatch I just turned the turner off in the cabinet and let them hatch in the trays . Didn't mean to just was so busy . Can't say it hurt can't say it helped didn't even raise the humidity . don't tell nobody .

ok thanks
and don't worry your secret is safe with me
so I open them early if they don't pip

Did you keep any pictures of the last hatch to compare to later hatches ? Air cell growth then and now . You know that kind of thing .What I do is run dry and spike the humidity to 65 %when I see the first pip . Don't know where you are but relative humidity makes a big difference in how you approach your humidity . It looks like you have it pretty close to what it needs to be .

I am in southern Tennessee and right now our humidity is 98 percent and no rain
