What do I do?

I went home today and one of my hens has her eye closed. It is fairly swollen. I put some antiseptic eye gel on it. She seemed to open it up a little. Don't have a clue what happened. Any suggestions or help.

If you don't see any other injuries, i would suspect that maybe someone pecked her in the eye or something. I would just keep an eye on it and watch for infection. Otherwise, it will probably heal up just fine.
