What do I have?

So we bought some supposedly Olive Egger pullets from a local seller 7 weeks ago. They were all supposedly a week old or so when we got them. Several were very small (the 2 we are questioning). Currently we have 2 that are housed with our less than 2 week old chicks due to them being about the same size. The others are all smaller compared to other chicks bought around same time but are quite a bit bigger than these 2.

They look like a Phoenix or some kind of partridge patterned game bantam. From what I can tell.

They're OEGBs. You have one cockerel and one pullet.
