What do I make with all this crookneck squash???

I know this is an old thread but just in case someone still does not know what to do with all their yellow crooked neck squash, I resurrected it.
I now have a dehydrator and try to use more veggies. Both yellow and zucchini squash can be grated and be used fresh or dried to add to quick breads such as cornbread, meatloaf, soups and stews. I have even added some to brownies and they were moist and the squash was not even noticeable.

I used to grow both the yellow crookneck squash, and the black beauty zucchini years ago. Although you can slice them and freeze them in those ziplock baggies for later on, I also used to fry some up. I would dip them into a few scrambled up raw eggs, and then you can either coat them with bread crumbs in the cans that you can buy in the store, or coat them in some flour. I mixed some butter or you can use margarine, mixed with your vegetable oil to fry them in.
