Mine go bananas for dried meal worms. No matter how mad at me they are for existing, they'll come and eat meal worms out of my hand. As long as I don't DARE to move.
They were easier to handle when I had them inside. Now that they're in their run and there is more space for them to get away from me, they want nothing to do with me. I have been trying to sit outside their run and talk to them and get them comfortable with the idea of me being there, and then giving them treats when I come in to check on them morning and evening.
It's tough when you had an idea of how it would be in your head and then you get them and they spend all their time running away from you, but alas... c'est la vie.
