what do i need to know about geese??

anything special? ive never kept them before and someones just dumped two great big white ones in a box on my porch....

i think one is blind in one eye (its clouded over and doesnt react much if i stand on that side of him/her.
they feel thin but are very friendly......is it just like keeping ducks but on a bigger scale??

My geese are really easy to care for. they just free rang all summer and than I pen them up at winter and feed them chicken feed. They are doing great. They can always get to a body of water also. So if you can do anything like what Im doing they should br good. They need lots of grass so if they cant always free rang you need to give them lots of greens. You also need to wrom them. Have fun
