There is nothing you can put in the nestbox to make them start laying. They will start laying when they are ready.
You can show them where to lay eggs at, by putting a golf ball in each box.
You can prepare them for laying, by putting soft material in the nestbox like dried lawn clipping, soft carpet, and hay.
A good laying ration is also helpful when they start to lay.

You can put golfballs and fake eggs in there nest box to encourage egg laying.
