What do u use

So I have quit a few different birds which must get different feed so they can get all they need
And I want to know what type of feed u use if u could include the protein vitamin minerals etc or a pic of the bag and mention what breed ur feeding ur feed too

And I'm wondering if theres anything u can feed birds to help increase the yellow ness in thier legs or is do they just lose it over time?
