Hi everyone,I'm a newbie, not only to this forum but also to keeping chickens. I have two 1 year old white ranger hens and 2 "unidentified" 8 week old chicks ....and that's where i need your help! I need to sex them and if someone had an idea on what breed they that would be great too! You will notice one of then has blue feet.

Wow. I have very little experience with this color birds, but I have seen Brahmas and Easter Eggers that look like that. They both look a very pullet like, so I think you're safe on the roo front.

They might be a silkie mix, due to the feathers on the head of the first one

Thanks for the replies, I don't think they are the same breed because of the feet difference...
I'm quite attached now so hoping they are girls!! ;-)
