Could ship 5 week old birds, a few for about 30.00 express, you going to let him drive, why not make him walk.

walk phew!! well if someone added the horses i'd wagon train it to ya! LOL! Hubbies getting as low energy as I am us lazy bums we'd be dragging ourselves in no time!!!!

OOOOO shippin them??? I'll have to think about it! I can get the mula, the only issue is my stress level! LOL! I am happy to ship birds to others, but when it comes to shipping them to me you get to see worry wart! LOL

Well, thanks for all of your of your good advice. If I do get the pigeon, I'll certainly try all of your suggestions. However, my sister (who has the egg now) says she might of accidently cooked it!

She says it might still be alive, but probably not....

As many hundreds I have hand fed, I would never incubate a pigeon egg and try to hand feed.

Myself I say pitch the egg, I think its crazy to incubate a pigeon egg and hand raise one from day one. Most case your are bring a bird into the world just to die in most cases. Yes it can be done, but no easy task.
