She's beautiful! You're lucky she's so friendly. My two EEs are the biggest brats going! They both hate being held and run away from me. Whenever I get a hold of them, they flap their wings and squawk and act like I'm killing them. I thought maybe that was the way the breed is, but I guess not. I just have a couple of weirdos. Gotta luv 'em tho!

One of my EEs is exactly like that. The other two are a bit better. Move away when I touch them, but at a leisurely pace not a bolt they also make talking noises when I hold them, but don't flip out. The other one screams if I touch her and runs away flapping her wings.
