what do you call this?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question? I've never seen another rooster with this feather pattern. What would you call it? He's lovely.

I guess I should have said that he came out of the "Rainbow" bin at TSC and was on clearence for 99 cents. I got 10 but he's the only little roo that looks like this. The rest are going in the freezer but I hope I can find a home for him, he's too unique looking ( and I already have 2 roosters). Nice body type and seems friendly. I can pick him right up.
