I just got a new incubator, a friend used it once and said it worked fine. HHD 48 incubator. Cheap quality but it ran at digital reads 38C and 50 humidity just fine. I read someone say put in your own thermometer, I put in a cheap $4 blub type which has been used alot and is older. it was reading 110f. on top of the eggs. Sigh. I am hoping the 110f was a mistake.... or, I have no other thermometers to compare with. I can get more eggs...

I have 3 gauges in mine also. One is digital. The digital is never accurate. It will read 99.1 to 104 so I watch my others and regulate as needed. I am on the run way to lock down in 6 days and so far so good. Out of 15 eggs 2 were not fertile and one had died. It was viable day 7 but by day 10 massive blood ring and no life. The 12 left are doing eggcellent
