What do you do besides chicken rearing?

I have been a goose herder (age 7), worked retail, was a pharmacy assistant, a commercial sewing machine operator making stuffed animals, graded and packed oranges, waitress, hairdresser, teacher of cosmetology, hospital inpatient specialist, hospital emergency room registration clerk, bartender, cocktail waitress, in-home care for altzheimer patients.
I am now worn completely out. My body says it just wants to stay home and take care of the small garden, the chicks, dogs and the hubby. I'm not arguing!

I was a carpenter at a theater, a student (for the second time) a stage hand, and I was the technical director at a venue in portland (ran the backstage type stuff) until i realized that i was not living up to my potential, so now i am a full time domestic goddess, aspiring gardener, keeper of the marching band that parades thru my house at around 530 or so (who new three small beings could make so much noise????) and general rock and roll chicken mama

Hmmmm....I spent the last 10yrs in The military. Last Spring when I got a medical Discharge, I decided to try my hand at something else. I am now a Stay at home mom, and a chicken keeper! What a difference!

Hopefully in the next few years I can just stay home and work on the farm. My DH and I are going to be expanding again soon so maybe it won't be that long.

I'm in school (Year 10, which makes me the same age as a US Grade 9 but we start school a year earlier) - doing English lit & lang, Maths, German, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, History and Art for GCSE.

Every saturday morning I go and slave as a "manure management consultant" (aka poop shoveller) at the city farm. There are chickens, geese, ducks, goats, sheep and a breeding sow who likes to chew my wellies.
