what do you do if a baby chick falls out of the nest?

I have baby chicks that keep falling out of the nest and I am afraid that one of the other chicks or the rooster will hurt it, what do I need to do?

Roosters (not cockerels) are usually pretty good to chicks. Are they with a broody hen? Are the other chicks the same age/size?

But if mum isn't coming off the nest yet... creating some sort of blockade can help. Aside from other flock members causing issues it's also possible the chick might not find it's way back and get chilled.

Maybe a pic of your set up can help peeps make the best suggestions possible.
