Yep, eggs last longer if you don't wash them.. Refrigeration is an American thing. In Europe they are on the shelf.. Same problem with the response.. as if talking will kill ya.. by email. Used to eat eggs everyday, with bacon and fried tatters.. not much into them anymore. Went for a blood test for cholesterol, Doc's orders... Came back double good cholesterol, and wanted to know how I did it.. the latter. Allergic too store bought perhaps, 90 days old and full of anti-biotics and chemicals in feed. Did you know they chop up feathers and poo and refeed it to commercial flocks..?I’m having that same problem. Used have someone who would buy every egg laid, now they won’t even respond to a text and my mom now thinks she is allergic to eggs, and I never ate many eggs to start with. I’m told eggs last longer is you don’t wash them, that the bloom helps preserve them, and then of course refrigerating them.
