What do you do when it just rings?

I called back at 7 pm last night and it just rang..

What time should I call this morning?
I have a feeling it might be an older chap who couldnt give a hooey about a phone

That could be....I guess I would just keep trying but not enough that it would be a nuisance.
I dont have an answering machine either but do have voice mail on my cell phone, so use that most if people need to call.

How does this guy expect to sell anything when he wont answer his phone!
Guess I should just give up..

If this person is a farmer, you have to realize that this time of year they are often out from first light to after dark. If I was not in and out of the house all day and only my husband around he wouldn't be here to answer the phone from about 6 in the morning till often times 9 or 10 at night.

It could also be that the goats are sold and he's tired of the phone calls about them.

I have an old man farmer that is never in his house... you just have to keep trying.... try early lunch time... and 8-8:30 pm... maybe you'll catch him.
