I am extremely bored and have been on BYC for the past 2 hours. It had been raining/sleeting all day,

so i have not been able to play with my chickens to day. I have tried to scramble around, but there is absolutly nothing to do.

I hope my weekend doesn't go like this or I will be miserable. I wish I had some baby chicks inside. I will have them around May 9. I am getting some rare breeds.

I know I am just rambling about anything/nothing.

What do you guys do when you are bored, and is any one else bored?

Thanks for the ideas.

Do you have any pics of your embroidered chicken diapers, and if you dont mind my asking ...whats does embroider mean?

I think it has something to do with cloth. I would like to make like a chicken type hat for snow days. Like a stocking cap

I think that would go under the cloth subject.

I am watching tv and on BYC, and I don't feel like going to sleep...

I guess I'm hopeless.

Homeschool project. Google embroidery. Then I want you to post your findings here. O wait you aren't my kid. But I am an old pro at homeschooling kids.

PS no sleeping until bedtime. Go read a book or bake something. Oh wait that is what I do if I ha:lauve time. Most of the time I am just cruising BYC.

Well, I read thru BYC posts, Facebook, or play on yahoo answers when I'm not in the mod to read, lol

. It will give me something to do.

This is what I found on embroidering: Embroidery is the art or handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as metal strips, pearls, beads, quills, and sequins. A characteristic of embroidery is that the basic techniques or stitches of the earliest work—chain stitch, buttonhole or blanket stitch, running stitch, satin stitch, cross stitch—remain the fundamental techniques of hand embroidery today

I also found this...I think all us BYCers will love. Embroidered Eggs!
