Make pickled quail eggs, these wont be ready to eat in another monthor so, anyway so you could just save them for when the quails will stop laying.

You could sell jars of pickled quail eggs.

1. you can set them in the bator
2. you can eat them
3. you can make pickled eggs
4. you can sell them for hatching on ebay or here
5. you can cook them and feed them back to the quail.

I sell most of mine via shipping, but my son does eat some of them, and I have pickled some. I am setting a lot now, we have a really big auction in the fall, and I'd like to make some money.
