What do you do with tiny eggs?

Eathem. If they are really tiny blow them out, decorate 'em and make a few sets of earrings.

I boil them for 6yo school lunch. they are perfect sized for him.

My husband likes the small ones for pickleing there the right size for kids. Also when I make myself eggs I eat only 1 yolk and 3 egg white, I use the small egg for the yolk then the larger ones for the whites. And yes I fry the remaining yolks and feed them to the chickens. No waste!

Quail eggs make the cutest little deviled eggs, or fried ones even.. They're the best for packed lunches, though!

I usually eat the small eggs but when I get too many of them, I give them away as freebies to my regular customers to show them how much I appreciate them purchasing eggs from me. They LOVE getting the small eggs.

I can't wait until I get my Nankins and Seramas now! I can sell pickled eggs! My DH will have so many pickled eggs we'll have to have a fan running in the house all the time!
