What do you do with unexpected roosters?

I posted him available here and our local craigslist has an abundance of roosters. It seems no one wants him. It's sad, he's such a sweet boy. Anyway - what other options do I have? My neighbors are going to kill me if he keeps waking them at the crack of dawn.

Maybe your local feed store will take him. Ours will sometimes. They also have a bulletin board for posting adds.

I saw someone post in another thread that they donate them to their local 4H.

If i cant get away with keeping mine i will sell them on or do a swap with someone, or donate it to someone who wants a roo.

As hard as it is we send them to SIL to go to freezer camp. The hardest thing is choosing who stays and who goes

I would love to know too. I'm up to 3 Roos. I love them and can't seem to get rid of them, but have to many!
