Ok, so this is a situation that many would love to have. I have 33 hens and have been getting 29 eggs per day. Today I got 33 eggs! My spare refrigerator is getting full.

How did you start selling your eggs?

How long will they last in the refrigerator?

I plan to take about 25 dozen to work and give them away until I can figure out a plan to start selling!....

Yep, this a good problem to have. I always gave customers a free trial dozen to show them how much better my eggs are.
Grocery store eggs are 4 weeks old before they even hit the shelf, so that should help in how long they keep, cause you bought them and kept them right?
Be creative with sales, check out the egg page at Mother Earth News for good information on egg nutrition from free range eggs...print and pass around!

Well....I was up to 23 dozen.....so, I went to a little local store/lunch shop...and asked them if they would be interested in buying them. I sold 15 dozen to her today @ $1.25/doz. She said to check back with her next week...and see how they sell. Im sure they will sell well....im thinking 10 dozen a week....what a relief! Now that the holidays are coming...I will need more for bakeing as well. So, I think...problem solved!!
