My crew loves my TDG (turkey, dressing, gravy) subs. I take the cold dressing, slice it and fry it in a little butter to kinda crisp it up. Layer it on buttered and toasted sub rolls, then add some warm sliced turkey and top it off with some warm gravy. They are Awesome! Good with a little cranberry sauce on the side. DD like her cranberry sauce on her sub. It's the whole Thankgiving meal in a sandwich. Add a slice of leftover pumpkin or pecan pie for dessert and it's complete, LOL. They love these so much, they want them for supper tonight!
I save the turkey carcass to make turkey soup.
Turkey pot pies using the leftover turkey and the gravy.
Ham, cabbage and new potatoes with leftover ham.
BBQ turkey sandwiches - just add some of your favorite BBQ sauce and heat, add to buttered, toasted buns.
Any leftover vegetables like butterbeans, field peas, green beans, corn, etc., put in pot, add a couple of cans of diced tomatoes, some ham, chicken stock and make vegetable soup.
Would help if we maybe knew what leftovers you have.
