I am currently feeding Purina Layena, but I want to make sure I'm giving my ducks the best possible so they can be in the best condition (I show). So, what do you feed your waterfowl?

I feed my ducks Flock Raiser (I believe that's Purina). Our hen just started laying eggs, and the shells are pretty hard. I leave a bowl of feed in their pen, and they come and get it when they want to..but they'd rather wander the yard eating slugs and bugs. I think the 50LB bag lasts us at least 3 months.

I feed the same thing as you Kurt daily as well as other brandchicken layer pellets. What you are using is great.Been using it for years. I will add that I also use the mazuri starter when rearing ducklings and mazuri breeder a little before and during breeding season. Good luck with your birds.

We feed Flock Raiser and greens. Plus some free range and scratch. I have wondered about feeding Flock Raiser, it is high in protein but low in calcium. That is why we feed spinach daily, plus they love it. But I would like to add other calcium rich food, any ideas?

X 3. To my ducks and chickens. I have never needed added calcium, they get it somewhere
