I use vacuum bags for the ducks and chickens and freezer paper with freezer tape with the geese.
Use several layers of freezer paper, with any seam folded. I do 2 layers and then tape and do another layer and tape. It makes it a booger to get the goose unwrapped, but there is absolutely no air getting in and no freezer burn.
Beef and elk wrapped that way is still good 2 years later (in a good freezer, not the freezer compartment of your fridge)
