Here is a picture of my Americana rooster...could someone tell me if he is a true Americana or an Easter egger rooster? I can get a better picture if needed. He is read with a black iridescent tail.

Well, for one thing he has yellow based feet and legs not slate. He is a red based columbian, a color that is not very common for any breed. So, no not a true Ameraucana but an Easter Egger. No way to tell for sure if he carries the blue egg gene until you breed him and find out what color his daughters lay.
I have a little boy that will probably look a lot like yours.

I have only been raising chickens for a year now. I just hatched 8 chicks last week, using an incubator for the first time. I have a variety of hens: Black Australorps, barred rocks, Americanas, buff orpeningtons, and a silver laced Wyandotte. Another Question I have is...since my rooster is an EE or Americana, what color eggs can I expect to get from his daughters when they are mixed with my non-ee/Americana hens??

Green or brown from the Australorps, Rocks, Orpingtons, and Wyandotte crosses. Blue, green, or brown from the Ameraucana. Any barred chicks will be males since the barred rock hens can only pass their barring to male chicks.

So if I do not want roosters that I shouldn't put barred rock eggs in the incubator?

No, I mean that if any chicks hatch out that look like barred rocks, they will be boys. Basically, you will be making a black sex link. Boys will be barred, girls will be solid. To produce a barred female, you would need a barred rooster. You have no barred rooster, so it would be safe to say any barred chicks would be male.
The male to female hatch rate will still be about 50/50.

Okay. I think I got it now. So, I will still get male and female chicks from my barred rock eggs. So if one looks like a barred rock chick it will be male and if it is a solid color it will be female?

They only other breed of hen that you have capable of producing sexlinks would be your silver laced wyandotte. Your silver hen would be dominant over your gold/red rooster; so boys would look like the wyandotte, and girls would look the female version of your rooster.
