What are all of the artists and crafters up to this year?! Share your pictures in this thread!
This thread is to show off your arts and crafts pictures and chat but not to post a sales listing! Check out BYC’s Buy Sell Trade forum, bonus points if you share the link to the items you sell BYC’s BST forum with your pictures!
(Please do not post direct links to any other websites with your items for sale as it’s against BYC rules.)
I love supporting small businesses and crafters and there's no better time to do this than when fulfilling a Christmas list! I try to do this every year because I have many friends that support their families by making handcrafted items and I was thinking that there are probably many people that I chat with all the time here at BYC and I don't realize that they too offer handmade items that would make great gifts! So, I’m curious, what do you make?
I make things like this. Never sold them before. I usually give them as gifts, because I dont think people would buy them really. Anyhow, they are small houses. Some play music. All light up. Some are just rooms, some are complete houses, top to bottom. I love doing this. I start with wood, paper, and cloth material... I turn it into these. This is just two I had a photo of.What are all of the artists and crafters up to this year?! Share your pictures in this thread!

Wow! Thank you very much. I greatly appreciate it.Wow, they're so cute and perfect! Amazing!
Thats a good idea. I should look into that. Thanks for the tip!!There is actually a HUGE market for miniatures! Check out Etsy. You should totally make a shop there! That's where I sell some of my handmade goodies and natural stones.
I bet you could make more selling individual tiny things for others that like to make tint houses but don't know how to make all of the individual items.
So many talented people here!!! I've been making all kinds of horsehair jewelry and keepsakes for 10+ years now, and I love it.Lately, I've been working with resin and making horse/pet hair resin beads and pendants, as well as equestrian themed resin/wood trays and wall hangings. I'm also getting ready to try my hand at basket making.
