okay. I'm changing my advice. My NEW advice is to build a fence. a big, tall fence, and put all your bushes on your side of the fence, so it's pretty on your side. that way your birds can't get into her lawn, and she can't freakily stare at your kids. a nice, tall privacy fence. that way, you also can't see her stupid signs.
